Hypnosis

Hypnosis aims to draws out a person's potential rather than integrate knowledge from the outside.

Hypnosis aims to re-program patterns of behaviour within the mind, enabling irrational fears, phobias, negative thoughts and suppressed emotions to be broken down. Our subconscious mind is an incredibly powerful tool which regulates our lives even whn we are not conscious of it. It tells us when we are hungry, tired, in pain, and even when to breathe.

As the body is released from its conscious control during the relaxed trance-like state of hypnosis, breathing becomes slower and deeper, the pulse rate drops and the metabolic rate falls. The process of 'tapping' into your deep unconscious mind can now begin. Similar changes along the nervous pathways and hormonal channels enable the sensation of pain to become less acute, and the awareness of unpleasant symptoms, such as nausea or pain, to be alleviated.

Hypnosis is benefitial in changing habits, such as:

  • Quitting smoking

  • Losing weight

  • Motivating you to exercise more

There are lots of common misconceptions surrounding hypnosis:

1. Hypnosis will not make you tell secrets. During your hypnotic state, you're more open to suggestions. You still have a choice and won't reveal anything you wouldn't ordinarily. However, hypnosis may encourage you to acknowledge inner truths, which is what hypnosis is generally used for.

2. Hypnosis cannot make you do something against your will.

3. You can't be stuck in a permanent hypnotic state. Hypnosis is simply a relaxed and focused state, therefore it's impossible to be "stuck".

NLP, Time Line Therapy®, Hypnosis are unique practices that are individually powerful. Bring them together and you have the most incredible and effective tools for self-fulfillment, success and transformation.

Your mind explained

Your conscious mind is the mind you are using to think with right now. You use your conscious mind for rationalising, understanding, and analysing things.

Your unconscious, or subconcious mind Is responsible for everything you are not thinking about. Your unconscious mind has three main uses: it looks after your learning, your behaviour, and behavioural changes. Your unconscious mind is also the domain of your emotions.
