Sessions are tailored to suit you...
One-to-one sessions- Initial consultations cost £295 for up to three hours. Additonal hours are charged at £150 per session (approx. 1 hour). You can book a block of 6 sessions at a discounted price of £750 (£995 if including initial consultation)
Group training sessions: Spaces are limited to 8 people, starting at £120 per person, per day
Breakthrough day session: For rapid change, a breakthrough day session is the most effective. Prices start from £800 for the day.
You can have sessions either face to face or on Zoom/Skype/Facetime. If you require remote coaching, we will provide you with an address to contact us on. It is beneficial to use these with headphones, ensuring your hands are free to take notes or participate in some of the change techniques Sasa uses.
